• Shifting / Repair of Pump House for Better View of Chetek Mandir.
• Three New Transfer of Membership approved for Flat No A-16, A-42 & A-51.
• Cleaning of both Rain Water Harvesting Wells by using Buki method.
• Renew of 10 Crore Insurance of Chetek Society.
• A.M.C. awarded for Generator, Rodent Pest Control & CCTV Cameras.
• Servicing of Generator set.
• Cleaning of Main Halls, Sever Channels & Shafts.
• Installation of Globe Lights in the Both Park of the Society.
• Society Audit done from 2011-12 to 2016-17.
• Letter sent to Registrar Societies to appoint Statuary Auditor for Auditing

The Society Accounts for the years 2017-18 to 2019-20.

• One Increment in the wages of all the Retainers with effect from 1-6-22.
• Repair of water seepage problem from grooves on wall during rainy season and Grit wash work done in society by using iron pads.
• Installation of Electrical Charging Device by Kazam for Charging the Electric Cars. (Free of Cost)
• Speed Breakers have installed at Main entrance, Near Flat No A-01, A-28, A-42, A-66 & B-96.
